Taking a Break 😊

As many of you know I am a fulltime teacher & this 11 week term has been a BIG one!!!
I still have 1 more week before school holidays "non student contact time." Teachers are still working & planning for the next semester 😉
So, I'm taking a break from Nosh for the time being and will let you know when I'm back on deck!
I may do a cookup in the 2nd week of the holidays but will advertise if I do so. I do love cooking a big feast for everyone 🥰

Tomorrow I'm heading to Melbourne for a few days for some training. A staff member told me at this venue, the only place to grab lunch is a 7 Eleven. So instead of eating ultraprocessed food for 3 days I made some Thai Beef Salad and I'll take some Nosh Chicken soup because we all know how cold Melbourne gets!! Nosh makes life easy! And I know I will not feel sick and bloated from eating take away meals. 🥰

My all time favourite thing to do is cooking on the campfire! Over the school holidays I took a break and went off grid for 11 days. One afternoon I set up my camera & recorded some footage cooking up the Nosh Pad Thai! If I decide to record again, I know I still have a lot of work and refinement to do such as positioning of the frame but here is the video I put together.
