We’ll let time do its thing… concentrating the flavour, tenderising the meat and giving it that proper dry-aged character. 🤤

🚨 We're Open! 🚨
After 10 huge days of packing, moving, unpacking, cleaning, and setting everything up, we're excited to finally open the doors to our new Weston store!
This is a soft opening, so please bear with us while we fine-tune everything over the next few days. There might be a few little hiccups, but we can't wait to welcome you in and show you our new home.
A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us through the move. We couldn't have done it without you, and we're excited for this next chapter.
