I Can`t Believe Not Everyone Loves Coriander.

As long as I can remember I have loved Coriander. I love it by itself and especially with Mexican food.

Coriander just has that taste that makes you feel alive and makes you realise that there is so much beauty in this world.

Ok, on the flip side Michelle (my wife) hates Coriander. I know what you are thinking why did I marry her. To be honest I did not find out until after we got married and by then it was to late.

I have grown to accept her over the years and feel as a Coriander lover I should also love those that, how can I say this nicely - have a genetic condition that stops her from loving Coriander. I realise it is not her fault or the other poor peoples fault that have this condition.
