Honestly, I think I misunderstood the assignment.

🍫 The story behind OG Fudging Delicious

Many years ago, while pregnant with the young man standing beside me in this photo, I became obsessed with finding the perfect piece of fudge.

I bought it everywhere my loving husband would take me.

Markets, fairs, specialty shops... and while some were good, none were quite what I was looking for.

So I started making my own.

After a lot of trial, error, sugar, chocolate and determination, I finally created the recipe that became our OG Chocolate fudge.

Fast forward a few years (okay, quite a few years 😅), and that same idea has evolved into something new.

Dessert Squares.

All the flavours I love most, reimagined in a portable little square.

And while I created them, my family has definitely become the official taste-testing team.

Sam's favourite?

Cream & Choconsequences.

A chocolate coconut pie-inspired Dessert Square that somehow disappears from the fridge faster than any other flavour.

Just dessert, invented for real life.
