Looking plump !!!

This week we hand-picked the first of our Pinot Grigio. We handle and press the fruit carefully, then drain the juice off the skins straight away so as not to pick up any colour from the bronze berries.

Oh my goodness! Can you believe this? We've smashed our target Wangaratta. You've done such an incredible job. We would like to take a moment to thank you for doing your part. Now we have new freedoms to look forward to. 90% is on the horizon, and we are on track to smash that target. Lets do one final push together. We've got this!!

CELLAR HANDS
Vintage winery operations – additions, transfers, crushing, pressing, fermentation procedures, truck loading, oak filling, and cleaning
Grape receival forklift driver
LABORATORY ASSISTANTS
• Conduct all routine laboratory tests and reporting of results
• Weighbridge operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior cellar and/or laboratory experience is mandatory, and specific job training is provided for individuals..

It is also essential that all applicants are willing and able to work extended hours and weekends on rotating shifts over the vintage period.

Applicants MUST have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
