The last 2023 lunches will be available from Harley & Co Agricentre cafe tomorrow and are brimming with Christmas cheer.

My mother-in-law is making her amazing glazed ham for Christmas, so I decided to make one for all of you! Thank you to those who have supported this little startup. I and my family greatly appreciate it.

Lime and macadamia glazed ham with:
*potato and garden salads
*pasta and wombok salads
*coleslaw and mango&onion salads
All accompanied by Jatz crackers with apricot & almond cheese wedge, cherries and a decadent brownie & dulce de leche trifle.

Merry Christmas and see you all again in 2024.

Harley & Co Agricentre Lunch is up, folks! This week we have:
*teriyaki chicken and wombok salad
*lemongrass pork & noodle
*NEW chicken fried rice: super yummy warmed or cold and the squeeze of lime is delicious with it.
All with pistachios, grapes and a Christmas favourite, homemade pavlova squares 🤩

Next week will be the last LunchMate for 2023 and will be sure to have everyone ready for Christmas Day 😏

The Christmas month is here! & it’s an extra busy one for our family with 4 birthdays too. If you’re already feel exhausted, then pop on in to Harley & Co Agricentre tomorrow and grab a one&done lunch pack that leaves you full and energised:
*chicken caesar salad
*thai beef salad
*NEW chicken kebab salad: thinly sliced and spiced chicken, persian-style rice, salad, cheese, tabbouleh and a spicy bbq mayo.
Topped off with pretzels, cherries and assorted Christmas treats (gingerbread and cherry rocky road, Caramilk Christmas, Fireball (lightly spiked with cinnamon whiskey) and chewy salted caramel 🤤

It’s a plate of goodies this week for lunch!
*Chipotle Sweet Potato Salad, a pretzel portion for anyone wanting a vegetarian option.
*San Choy Bau with noodles and lettuce cups (enjoyed by adults and toddlers alike 😉)
*BBQ chicken quesadilla with homemade coleslaw. Enjoy this quesadilla hot or cold.
Rounded out with crunchy green grapes, cabanossi bites and upside down toffee apple cake. Yum!
Available from tomorrow at Harley & Co Agricentre cafe.

In the Harley & Co Agricentre cafe tomorrow is:
*Heirloom Tomato and Salami Caprese salad with lemon-garlic oil & balsamic glaze
*Chicken Casear salad with our homemade Caesar dressing 👌 loaded with salty prosciutto, shaved parmesan and a side of croutons
*Taco Beef plate, filled to the brim with fresh veg, seasoned shredded beef, cheese and creamy salsa sauce with lime.
All with kiwi, mango and blueberries and either tortilla strips or veg chips.

And, despite my lacking pie serving skills today, deliciously smooth lemon and blueberry tart. With a shortbread crust, this sweet treat is one of the tastiest we make!

-Cajun Chorizo Salad
-Pesto pumpkin and feta salad
-Lemon chicken with nectarine salad
All with strawberries, apricots & almonds, and basque cheesecake.

Today’s lunch was diiivine! I never thought I liked pickled onion but it really adds an extra layer of flavour.

On the menu tomorrow and available from Harley & Co Agricentre cafe:
*Teriyaki Chicken and Wombok Salad- “Australia’s favourite salad” paired with homemade teriyaki sauce. These two go so well mixed up together.

*Beef Burrito Plate- seasoned pulled beef, mixed rice, fresh salad, pickled red onion and a salsa sauce taste so good. Separated for easy heat and eat, then mix together for a flavour explosion.

*Pesto Pumpkin and Feta Salad- roasted pumpkin and capsicum, salty feta and a crunch of sunflower seeds+pepitas. Dress with homemade pesto mayo and you’ve got a winner!

All with pretzels, raspberry+blueberries+pear and, with memories of visiting The Sugarbowl in days gone by, mini pecan pie with vanilla whipped cream. That sounds like a lunch!

-Greek chicken and quinoa salad
-Thai beef salad, with a revised dressing that’s so good!
-Lemongrass pork and noodle
All with strawberries, salted cashews and red velvet brownie bites and cream cheese frosting 🍴
I spied some delicious looking juices in stock at the Garden Centre cafe that would finish these off perfectly!

-BBQ chicken quesadilla and coleslaw (perfect to warm up on a sandwich press for this overcast day)
-marinated salmon and rice plate
-cajun chorizo salad
Best enjoyed today until sold out, comes with vanilla cream profiteroles, dried fruit & nuts, mango & apple.
