We started to develop our recipes in a home kitchen b

akery in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria at the beginning of year 2001. The idea of Bacco's brand was born and with it our very first product: Fennel seed Tatos. Inspired by old Italian family recipes, and traditional passion for the good food, we hand make a savoury and sweet range of artisan products that are clean, easy to digest and moreish, by using only the highest quality standard ingredients.
