It's such a small world, in a previous life we were supplying .wakefield just outside of Geelong with pork and prosciutto from our heritage breed free range farm just around the corner from where he is now.
Fast forward and Luke is heading up the food in one of Australia's Premier 5 star getaway experiences in the Grampians.
I loved the session we had yesterday taking Luke through everything that we're doing vinegar related.
Really looking forward to seeing what amazing dishes Luke comes up with to include our vinegar and even more looking forward to going out and trying it myself.
