Lamb shank season is STILL here! 🐑🔥 And while the cooler weather hangs around, we’re making the most of it.

For an easy slow cooker version, brown your lamb shanks first, then add them to the slow cooker with onion, garlic, carrots, beef stock, a tin of tomatoes, a splash of red wine and some rosemary.

Cook on LOW for around 7–8 hours until the lamb is falling off the bone. Remove the shanks, reduce or thicken that beautiful sauce, then serve the whole lot over a big pile of creamy mashed potato. 🥔🤤

That’s a winter dinner done properly!

Want to get your Lamb Forequarter Chops beautifully roasted AND crispy? 🔥🐑

Season them generously, then roast at around 200°C until they're golden and caramelised around the edges. Give them a turn halfway through and finish them under the grill for a couple of minutes if you want those edges extra crispy. 👌

Add some crispy roast potatoes and veggies and you’ve got a seriously good dinner.

Who else loves the crispy bits more than anything else? 😂
