Koolah Angus Beef supplies top quality Commercial Angus Heifers to local producers as well as stock into the local Vealer markets. The Koolah property was purchased and began producing beef cattle in 1949 by Jack and Bessie Walter and is still owned and operated by the Walter family today.

First in SA!

After a long wait we can finally proudly announce that our farm is the first soil carbon project in South Australia to successfully generate and receive Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).

Koolah Angus Beef, a family grazing enterprise that forms the Lynch Carbon Project, has generated 641 Australian carbon credit units (ACCUs) under the ACCU Scheme in a 2 year period with Australia’s leading carbon soiltech developer, AgriProve.
