One of those farming days when the weather rewrites the plan. Time to go the long way around.

A little shout out to one of our newest stall holders at the Victor Harbor Farmers' Market this Saturday.

If you're gluten free, make sure you stop by and meet Silke from .

I ate gluten free for a few years, so I've tried my fair share of gluten-free bread... and most of it was pretty disappointing. Silke's is honestly some of the best I've ever tasted.

After her daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease, she set out to master gluten-free baking, and it shows.

If you can't make it to Victor Harbor, you'll also find her beautiful breads at House of Health in Norwood every Wednesday.

Please give her a warm welcome. I love seeing passionate local producers join our market.

If you meet me at the farmer's markets, you might be confused by my stall.

Half of it is eggs.

The other half is medicinal tea.

At first glance, those two things don't seem to belong together.
To me, they are inseparable.

This farm is regenerative.

No chemicals on the paddocks. None in the feed. None anywhere near the chickens.

I hold my teas to that same standard.

Organic herbs.
Nothing synthetic.

No added flavourings designed to disguise poor-quality ingredients or turn medicine into confectionery.

These teas are blended for a purpose.
They're meant to do something.

Health was never meant to live in a medicine cabinet.

It lives in the choices we make every day.

In what we grow.
In what we eat.
In what we reach for when the body needs support.

My eggs and my tea are the same belief, just told two different ways.

Every couple of years I get into a pickle and I have to call for backup.

And sometimes…the backup has to call for backup.

Today was one of those days, after all this rain the trailer needed a bit more horsepower to move on.

Pretty grateful to the blokes from Trev Whitt’s Contracting for coming to the rescue…again!

This feels like one of those winters where the teapot is working overtime.

These are the three blends getting the most use in our house right now.

🍃 Immune Lift
🍊 High-C
🌿 Sniffle Stop

A cup of tea is a great way of supporting the body through the season.

If you’re visiting the markets this weekend, come and say hello. I’ll have the full range of naturopath-formulated medicinal tea blends with me.

LONG WEEKEND ON THE FLEURIEU?

If you’re heading south this long weekend, make sure you stop by the markets.

I’ll be at:
📍 Victor Harbor Farmers’ Market on Saturday
📍 Goolwa Rotary Market on Sunday

I’ll be bringing plenty of Healing Harvest Farm pasture-raised eggs, including our current market special:

🥚 Tray of 30 extra large eggs for $19

Perfect for long weekend breakfasts, family gatherings and feeding a house full of visitors.

I’ll also have the full range of naturopath-formulated herbal teas from The Loose Leaf Herbal Tea Co., including our current Tea + Eggs promotion:

🍵 One selected tea for $10 with the purchase of any dozen eggs

If you’ve been curious about medicinal herbal teas, this is an easy way to try one.

Alongside our therapeutic blends, I’ll also have a growing range of single herbs available including chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, tulsi, mullein and more.

Come and say hello, stock up on eggs and have a chat about which herbs might suit you best.
