What an incredible day in the Gascoyne!

As a proud sponsor of the Gascoyne Food Festival, Di Latte Estate was delighted to be part of The Plantation Feast in Carnarvon - celebrating the region’s remarkable produce, growers and culinary talent among the mango trees.

Guests enjoyed a menu created by Jessica Roe, head chef of Petition Kitchen and Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year 2026, with each course thoughtfully matched to Di Latte Estate wines throughout the afternoon.

The GASCOYNE FOOD FESTIVAL 🍴 continues from 21–30 August 2026, with more opportunities to experience the flavours and people that make this region so special.

The Amico 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is a true expression of Margaret River’s winemaking excellence. It opens with bright red fruits on the nose, leading into a lush palate of blackcurrant and mocha. Fine tannins provide structure, carrying through to a beautifully extended finish.
