Snake + Herring The Snake + Herring brand is a wine safari searching for remarkable grapes from West Australian Vine The Search has begun. That is what the logo represents.

The southwest of WA is a viticultural treasure map as there are vineyard jewels scattered throughout. We seek for blocks within vineyards that really shine; they may seem dull when diluted by the bordering lesser dirt. The search is to find and polish these often overlooked gems and present a treasure chest of different jewels: pristine, crystalline Rieslings; crisp, radiant, multi-faceted Chardon

nays; alluring, perfumed Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon; dark, exotic, hedonistic Shiraz; brilliant, regal displays of Cabernets and blends.

It's officially here: our award winning 2023 Cannonball has landed

Our winemaker's favourite cannonball we've made to date. It's the result of countless small decisions in the vineyard including hand picks and pursuing nothing but the finest grapes.

Cabernet leads the way of course, with a subtle nod to the Bordeaux varieties that have always defined CB’s signature. Bottled earlier for brightness and precision, this release captures Cabernet in its purest form. Done the S&H way.
