Domaine Naturaliste

Domaine Naturaliste After twenty years of applying his passion and expertise to countless vintages for local producers, winemaker Bruce Dukes has launched Domaine Naturaliste.

“The sheer quality of the wines he makes is equalled only by his consistency.” James Halliday

In 2014 renowned winemaker Bruce Dukes launched Domaine Naturaliste – his own range of wines, named for the southwest region where he has honed his craft. The Domaine Naturaliste label creates space for Dukes to refine his skill in balancing all the variables essential to producing great wine. Here, Duke

s is demonstrating his mastery of the classic Margaret River varietals to fully express their individual and collective characteristics. He is applying decades of locally and internationally gained knowledge about terroir, fruit selection, palate and aroma to produce balanced, complex and utterly delicious wine. Bruce was awarded “Best WA Winemaker 2011″ by Wines of Western Australia.

We’re eagerly awaiting the return of our Grenache Rosé to the cellar door. This much-loved wine sells out quickly every year, and we always allow the newly bottled vintage time to settle before sharing it with you at its best.

Today is International Rosé Day, so if you happen to have a bottle tucked away in your fridge, there’s no better occasion to pour a glass and celebrate. Cheers!

The issues and power outage went mostly unnoticed however thanks to back-up generators, lighting and the professional efforts of our staff and the Tiller Dining team. We're already looking forward to next year's event!
