Thank you to all the wonderful kids that entered our colouring competition! 🎅🎄We were overwhelmed with entries especially from Wingham Public School and Cuddlepie Preschool and Long Day Care.
The decision was so difficult we had 2 winners from each category selected by or Judge who at 3 years old had an exceptional eye for detail!

We are seeking a Fulltime Sales Manager 📢

Our family owned and operated agricultural machinery business is seeking a full-time Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager to join our team. The hours or work would be Monday - Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a one (1) hour lunch break and accumulated RDO's. The successful applicant will have a work vehicle supplied and performance based bonuses. Wage will vary dependent on proven sales record and trial sales period. The job role will include but is not limited to:

- Manage client sales through the sales process from lead engagement to post purchase and delivery services.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes and keeping up to date with the specifics needs of our agricultural community.
- Attend relevant dealer training and represent the company at field days.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
As we are a small business you may be required to fill other roles during employee or employer leave etc.

About you:
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales - essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of seasonal and regional dynamics in farming and specific needs of our areas agricultural sector.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- HR License - desired but not essential.
- Fork Lift License - desired but not essential.
