Had a wet soggy kind of a day on Saturday at the Mt Barker Show. Over 100 goats entered from near and far. Very happy with our little team - putting their best hoof forward despite the rainy conditions. Hillview Tic Tac was awarded 1st and Champion Junior Buck and Hillview Beatrix was awarded 1st and Reserve Champion Pygmy Kid doe. Woodlands Neuk Jupiter 2nd with Aird Mhor George Michael 3rd in Pygmy kid buck class. Hillview Archibald 2nd in the wether class. Thanks again for the stunning official photos Talisha.

Abigail is a very proud first time mummy to a tiny little daughter. Not a single coloured hair on this kid - considering her mums spots and Dilligaf dad with all his changing colours! After running away as fast as she could the second her baby was assistedly pulled out - Abi has embraced motherhood 🥰

What is it with the girls this year! Not letting us get any sleep by deciding to birth in the wee hours! Poor Enigma is absolutely exhausted this morning after needing huge amount of assistance with all 3 of her babies. Touch and go there for a bit and a very bruised hand later - we managed to get all of them out safe and sound. Making sure they all had a first feed was nearly just as much of a challenge 😅 Now to decide who stays with Mum and who gets a bottle 🤔. 2 big boof boys and a little petite doe - of course she is the boring white one 🤪

Got woken up at 4am to the sound of tiny baby squeals. Ivory had delivered twins all by herself - the other does were hiding as far away as they could, someone really needs to tell them that having babies is not contagious 😹
Poor bubs had wedged themselves behind a kennel which was really stressing mummy out. After a dry and move to open area, they both had a good feed and let me off the hook to go back to bed. Photos to come ♥️. (Boy/girl combo)
