Our brand-new winter menu officially launched yesterday, and we are serving up the ultimate comfort food to warm you up. From rich, slow-cooked meats to vibrant seasonal flavors, our kitchen team has outdone themselves!

Here is a sneak peek at what’s waiting for you:

✨ Confit Duck Leg ($34) – Perfectly crisp duck served over a vibrant orange, leek, pea, and pecorino risotto, topped with toasted hazelnuts and soft herbs. (Check out the video to see it in all its glory! 🤤)

✨ Braised Beef Brisket ($30) – Melt-in-your-mouth brisket paired with charred broccolini, roasted spiced sweet potato, crispy onion rings, and sour cream.

📣 Opening Hours Update on Saturday 31 May

Due to a private function, Brugan Brewing will be open from 5:00pm only on Sunday 31st May, but don’t worry, The Wokalup Tavern will be operating as normal throughout the day, serving cold beers and warm food 🍻🍔

Please note there will be a limited food offering available at Brugan Brewing, with a short menu only including pizzas, pub classics and bar snacks.

Join us this Mother’s Day for our special menu alongside our regular menu.

✨ We are currently fully booked for lunch reservations, however walk-ins are welcome from 2:00pm onwards.

🍕 Pizzas available all day.

🍽 Kitchen opening hours:
• 11:30am – 3:00pm
• 5:00pm – 7:45pm

Our regular menu will still be available.
