Friday 19 June we’re celebrating one of our favourite cocktails with a dedicated Martini Menu and Pop-Up Dumpling Food Truck at the distillery.

Whether you’re a classic Dirty Martini drinker, an Espresso Martini lover, or keen to try our Lychee Tini or Passionfruit Tini, we’ve got your Friday night sorted.

And because great martinis deserve great food, we’ll have delicious dumplings available all night to keep you fuelled between rounds.

More and more whisky barrels are finding their home around the distillery. 🥃

Winter is one of our barrel-filling season, with fresh spirit being laid down to mature over the coming years.

These yearly fills are incredibly important, helping ensure we have whisky reaching maturity and ready to share year after year into the future.

It’s also a big part of why we’re excited about the new distillery space. More room means more opportunities to continue growing our whisky collection and laying down barrels that will become future releases.

Some of the whisky we will be enjoying years from now is being filled into barrels today.
