For the first time since we’ve owned the shop, we’re giving veal a limited trial run to see what our customers think.
We’ve got beautiful Rose Veal from Kangaroo Valley, 4–5 months old, with a range of cuts available.
Crumbed veal culets are pictured here, but there’s more to choose from — ask our butchers in store about the cuts available.
This is a limited test run, so if you’d like to see veal become a regular in the cabinet, let us know!
