Ooo yeah love the home made stuff. Lasagna. 4 layers on each it's gonna be. Making 3 of the smaller size. Had just enough pasta for all the sheets and couldn't make the big one. Next time.....

Well had a good couple of days. Spent Christmas Eve doing food prep for near 8 hours. Christmas was good with families. Cooked all my food today for family. Banquet style feast. Steaks, burger patties, sausages, pork, salads, home made pita breads, home made sauces. Tartare special sauce was a hit.
