We designed a circular economy for groceries from the ground up. But that system can only function with the participation of customers. Thanks to the contribution of our community - washing the empty glass bottles and jars and returning them sparkling and with pride - we have now saved 197,000 plastic bottles from production and into bins. Together we are making a significant impact. We're hoping this can inspire similar initiatives in other cities.

Minimally packaged in glass, add our Plum or Seville preserves and sourdough from and you’ll have the best breakfast. You'll wonder why you have so little garbage to put out.

A century or more after its invention, we’re adding Müesli to our glass library. It's a wonderful collaboration with , who, like us, are all about connecting from the heart.
Our exclusive mix has twelve ingredients: rolled oats, coconut flakes, raisins, almonds, pistachios, dried apricots, pumpkin, linseed, and chia seeds. It’s baked at a low temperature with extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and, naturally, our honey.

Ian the runs 120ha regenerative Clarenden Farm at Gulgong. His knowledge about
hen farming runs deep. And we’re the beneficiaries. It’s a healthy collaboration we value dearly. His pasture-raised Rhode Island Red crossbreds are guarded by Maremma sheepdogs he shares a two-way love with. The eggs are collected by hand four times a day so we can hand-deliver them to you in boxes of ten, as fresh as possible.
