It's been a crazy week of weather here - over 130km winds with heavy rain, plus no power since Monday but we're hanging in there.
The good news is our avocado trees weathered the storm and our generator is a sanity saver!

Fun and games in the orchard irrigating this morning.

1. Satched clothes and boots
2. Yay, I plugged a leak with a goof plug (that's me pointing to the plug; not giving you the bird)
3. Yep, moisture meter gauge is dropping, telling me it's getting dry
4. Oh crap, no goof plug will fix that leak!!!

Today we spent over two hours cutting and poisoning Cat’s Claw Creeper — an invasive vine with deceptively pretty yellow flowers. It climbs, smothers, and spreads like it owns the place.

🌻 Sunflower = pure happiness
🌼 Cat’s Claw = pure chaos
