It is with the greatness of sadness that I share the news that our fearless leader, Wes Marks, lost his battle with cancer yesterday.

The world has lost an inspiring, passionate, genuine and loving light.

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail”

Distillery update-

Today marks 12 months since Wes was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and we made the decision we needed to focus on his health and close the distillery.

This was a very hard decision as we know we have so many loyal customers that love our products.

We have had a challenging year but Wes is fighting strong and in good health.

The distillery will remain closed until further notice, we do hope to be releasing a whisky and a rum Xmas 2026.

We do thank everyone who supported our business since day one and help grow Wild River.
