This weeks ready meals will be ready for collection by 8am tomorrow (Tuesday).

Some were a little too warm to package before I left this evening and I needed to duck off to take a kiddo for an xray. They won’t take long to package first thing and if you are desperate to get yours first up please let me know and I’ll package your meals first. Everything is cooked and just needs popping in the containers.

PS…. There may be a couple of spare serves of each dish but not loads this week. Show week is always a quiet one for us with all things food, cafe and catering so we don’t like to overload and waste.

This week we were back at the wonderful Cardijn College Marcellin with morning tea, lunch with a huge beetroot quinoa salad.

Apologies to anyone who came in and I startled while prepping this salad walking around with gloves on and it looking like something from the scene of a massacre. Beetroot is messy business!!
