Our Plant Pinot Noir is selected from the top barrels. Cold soaked for 24 hours to infuse colour and bring a lively kick to the wine. Hand plunged and open fermented in 100% French oak, resulting in a layered and delicate, yet full flavoured wine. 🍷

‘It's complex and fragrant on the nose, presenting dark plum, olive, warm mushroom, and roasted nut aromas. The palate is equally appealing with excellent weight, succulent fruit intensity, and grainy tannins, making it splendidly structured with a persistent, savoury finish. At its best: now to 2032.’

Since 2008, we've been hands-on in every part of the process. From selecting fruit parcels across eight separate locations in the Adelaide Hills to personally delivering wines to our customers - if it's Lambrook, we're involved. ❤️

We believe in making wines that over-deliver on price and never compromise on quality. If the fruit isn't up to scratch, we won't make the wine. Simple as that.

If there's one variety that truly thrives in the Adelaide Hills, it's Chardonnay. The Adelaide Hills cool climate creates the perfect conditions for this classic grape: long, slow ripening seasons that develop incredible depth while preserving that vibrant natural acidity we love. The result? Chardonnay with finesse, balance, and a true sense of place.

Our Lambrook Plant Chardonnay 2025 was recently reviewed by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit, giving it 95pts! 'Complex and enticing, the bouquet reveals ripe apricot, rockmelon, grapefruit, nougat, and almond meal nuances. It's wonderfully weighted and finely textured on the palate, displaying a creamy mouthfeel and beautifully infused acidity. Splendidly structured and balanced with a persistent, engaging finish.' (Feb 2026).
