✨🥂We are honoured to announce that Simon Tolley W**es has been awarded a Trophy for the 2022 Louis James Sparkling Pinot Noir/Chardonnay at the 2026 Royal Adelaide W**e Show today.🥂✨

This Méthode Traditionnelle w**e is a product of patience, precision and provenance. Spending 32 months on lees, the 2022 Louis James has developed exceptional complexity, finesse and a refined expression of the Adelaide Hills. Hand picked from our family estate in Woodside, each bottle reflects the character of our vineyard and the dedication behind every vintage.

To have the ‘Louis James’ recognised by the judges as the top sparkling w**e of the show is a remarkable milestone, a defining moment in Simon’s lifelong commitment as a fifth-generation grape grower. From nurturing the vines through each season to crafting a sparkling w**e of elegance, balance and longevity, this achievement celebrates generations of knowledge, care and connection to place.

With delicate aromatics, a refined bead and layers of complexity derived from extended lees ageing, the 2022 Louis James represents the pinnacle of our estate’s pursuit of excellence in Méthode Traditionnelle w**emaking.

This is a proud moment for our family, the team, our vineyard and the Adelaide Hills w**e community — and a tribute to the craft, patience and dedication behind every bottle.
