A little update from Tango 🍍
We wanted to be transparent about a small change you will notice on our menu.
We had planned to review our prices before winter, but we held off for as long as we could.
Like many small hospitality businesses, we have continued to absorb rising costs across produce, ingredients, packaging, wages, electricity and suppliers while trying our best not to pass every increase on to our customers.
With the removal of our card surcharge, there’s now another cost we need to absorb. The surcharge may be gone, but the cost to businesses of accepting card payments hasn’t disappeared.
So, after a lot of consideration, we have made some modest adjustments to our menu.
We know costs are rising for everyone, which is why this decision wasn’t taken lightly.
These changes help us continue using quality ingredients, employing our wonderful local team and maintaining the quality you expect from Tango.
A little note about cash:
If you prefer paying by card, please keep doing so there’s absolutely no pressure. But if you have cash and are happy to use it, cash is really appreciated.
