I was lucky enough to be asked to make beautiful Lily’s Communion Cake for her. She asked for a Vanilla cake with confetti sprinkles through cake then Biscoff cream between layers and on outside. Then decorated in shades of pink and white with gold leaf and tiny pearls. Loved making her cake for her.

This time it was my dad‘s birthday. He’s a chocolate lover so I decided to go a bit over the top. Moist chocolate cake with peppermint buttercream, then Cadbury Dark Chocolate ganache on the outside and dark chocolate shards. Then I added Lindt Gourmet Truffles to finish it off.

I had the privilege of making my nephew Connor and his beautiful bride Maddie’s wedding cake for them. Layers of vanilla cake with Passionfruit curd then covered in white chocolate ganache. I handmade all the flowers from fondant. Loved making this cake for them both.
