We grow three types mushrooms: White Mushrooms (Agaricus Bispurus) and Swiss Browns (Agaricus Bitorquis) and the Oyster Mushroom. We sell direct to the public from our farm and at Farmers markets from Sydney to Newcastle, including the Gosford City Farmers Market on Showground Road.
