Pyramids Road Wines is one of the unique wineries on the Granite Belt. Nestled in the foothills of Girraween National Park, the vineyard and winery produce truly hand made wines. Experience this hands on production process of picking, crushing and pressing during the vintage months from March to May. Take a tour anytime of the year and talk with the winemaker about the winemaking process or view t

he winery from the viewing area in the cellar door. Tantalize your taste buds with varieties like Verdelho, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet, Mourvedre and Muscat. Curl up in front of the fireplace in the winter months with a glass of Pyramids Road wine.

No excuses needed to drink Chardonnay. It's our go-to variety.

We opened a few to celebrate and share on International Chardonnay Day.

French Chablis, Tassie, Hunter Valley and of course, always at work, evaluating our Barrel Ferment alongside these beauties.

Last press for the 2026 vintage.
Can't believe we've finished before the end of March.
Volumes reduced this year due to a couple of factors - hail in November and a warm, very dry summer.
Quality is good, colour is intense. Everything looks favourable for a great vintage.

What an entrance!
Our cellar door has been open for close to 23 years and we've never had customers arrive by helicopter until they did.

An spectacular way to view the Granite Belt. They were blown away by the hospitality and the wine quality. Hopefully they'll come back when the grass is green and the dams are full.

Bottling all our 2025 red wines to make room for the incoming 2026 vintage.

Beautiful light early morning. 🌅

Picking Cabernet 🍇 for our Foot Stomped Rosé. Thanks to our enthusiastic pickers who also stomped on the grapes.

A lovely cool morning for picking Merlot. The fruit looks amazing.

This harvest will contribute to our Foot Stomped Rose. 🍷

Crushing, foot stomping and pressing.

Now it might look like I'm not doing anything but you all know that's not the case. 😀😀

What a week! The busiest in a long while. Vintage is fast and furious this year.

Verdelho on Monday - crushed and pressed.
Chardonnay on Wednesday and Friday - same same.

Juice chilled, settled and racked. Yeast added a few days later.

The warm weather and lack of rain has produced some fantastic fruit this year.
