We will be volunteering on Saturday morning, then our Cellar Door will be open on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Thank you to our guests on Sunday who shared conversations, tips on growing plants, a delicious lunch at the waterhole hut and the peace and views that are so special about the waterhole. We enjoyed your company - and our younger guests even went home with tadpoles for their new pond!

We were delighted to attend 'Dinner at the Drome' in Mount Gambier last night. Around 200 people enjoyed dinner and entertainment at the airport, and we (along with other Mount Gambier growers and makers) donated wines for the occasion. What a great service to support!

Watercolour in the Gardens // Sunday 22 February, 2026. Join Julia for a lovely late-Summer afternoon set amongst the beautiful gardens of Caroline Hills. Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, this workshop will see you paint some loose florals with watercolour. Materials, a shared grazing board, a glass of wine or mocktail, and a beautiful and inspiring setting is included in your ticket. We will also experience a short guided tour of the garden by Caroline Hills owner, Helen Strickland. This small-group workshop, like all workshops Julia offers, is thoughtfully curated.
