In our barrel room, the frenetic momentum of vintage has given way to a period of deliberate Stillness. In the cool, shadowed depth of the barrel room, our wines are currently undergoing the quiet transformation of maturation. Here, time is not merely a duration, but a critical tool of our craft.

Each French oak barrique is monitored with careful attention to detail, ensuring the structural integrity of the fruit is preserved while gaining textural complexity. This stage of the process requires an almost architectural patience; it is where the raw potential of the vineyard is refined into a legacy of poise.
