It's a long weekend and we hope you're resting, eating well, and spending time with the people you love.

A reminder that orders close tomorrow, Sunday at 9pm, for delivery Wednesday and Thursday depending on your postcode. Pick up also available from our warehouse in Yamba.

Every box that goes out this week was grown by farmers who are actively stewarding the land. People we know by name. Growers who are building soil, farming without spray, and producing food with intention.

Our job is simply to get it from their hands to yours, as fresh and as local as absolutely possible.

Our winter Seasonal Harvest Draw is open ✨

Every season we draw one lucky reviewer a Seasonal Harvest Box on us! This winter it’s full of seasonal produce and pantry goodies to keep you warm and nourished through the colder months.

We do this because our community is how we grow. Every review helps another local family find us, trust us, and support the small growers and makers behind every box. it means everything to us.

This is what it looks like when you stop shopping at the supermarket.

Every farmer who grew something in this box is someone we know by name. Grown in our region by people who genuinely care about the land they farm.

This week coming's seasonal box includes lady finger bananas from Conscious Ground in the Byron hinterland, pumpkin from Hogan Farm in New Italy, tomatoes and spring onion from Woody's in Mororo, mushrooms from Richmond Mushrooms in Doonbah, herbs and citrus from Pigface Farm in Mororo, and more beautiful seasonal produce from across the Clarence, Richmond and Northern Rivers.

We are also welcoming Conscious Ground to the CVO family for the first time this week. May and Richard farm a certified organic agroforest in Myocum and what they grow is something special. More on their story in our journal.
