Gf Lemon and Rasberry Friands
Baked this morning!

I have been judgemental towards friands for a while but turns out if they are baked right they are quite yummy!! (I was quite reluctant in making them)

With the left over egg yolks i made some GF custard from scratch to! Pairs perfectly with the friands!

Experimenting today with chocolate bars.
Caramel Filled chocolate bars!

They look pretty good and taste good too!
Have learnt a lot and next time they should turn out better!

We have the option to order catering salads as well!

We do lots of posts about the big salads through summer, but no one really knows we do them all year round!

If your hosting a gathering these are a perfect side for about 6ish people.

Exciting News!!! After lots and lots of work I've finally finished the online store!!

We will be doing home deliveries again! through the website you will be able to choose a box and either we give you a range of seasonal produce or you type in what you want and we will do your shopping and deliver to your door!

With your fruit and vege box you can add extra goodies and I will pack in your box too! (I have not added too much yet, if you see something missing you need let me know!!)

Deliveries will start next week
Tuesday delivery to Maclean, Townsend & Gulmarrad
Wednesday to Harwood, woombah & Iluka.
Yamba delivery available both days.

The website also has many other amazing features but I'll make separate posts for them 😊
