Starting out under the Purrumbete Buffalo Cheese label we milk our own herd of buffalo and make our own cheeses and yoghurt. Shaw River Buffalo is a family owned and run business. We love farming, creating great cheeses and providing jobs in our little community. Buffalo milk is amazing, so are our cheeses makers and thanks go to our beautiful buffalo who gift us such a unique milk to work with. Interested in coming to the farm and learning more about our story? We offer tours for groups ( by appointment) where we give talks, cheese tastings etc depending on the groups interest.
