Today is World Environment Day. We've been a member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia for a while. Lightweight bottles. Water recycling. Energy-efficient bottling. We haven't said much about any of it.

The certification is independent. The audit is annual.

Most of what we do well here, we do well because we plan to still be here in another twenty.
