Hereford Red Beef is sourced from Hereford cattle that graze on our family farms in the Central West and New England regions of NSW. Our cattle are grass fed all of life, on biodiverse pastures. Our herds are moved regularly to build thriving and resilient soils. When you buy Hereford Red you are choosing to eat local, and support farming systems are committed to regenerating our landscape.

Our mixed cut Hereford Red grassfed beef boxes are packed and ready to go!

As you can see by the creamy coloured fat and burgundy coloured beef, these are 100% grassfed and finished steaks.

Our Hereford cattle graze the finest pastures, and each generation have been cared for maticulously by our family since 1950.
