There’s nothing quite like the smell of warm, freshly baked sourdough walking through the door.

We’re so excited to have Mathilde from Bonjour Mate Patisserie delivering her beautiful artisan loaves to Soltree every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Baked locally in Zilzie, each loaf is made the traditional way using just:
🌾 Organic bakers flour (the same flour is available in-store!)
💧 Water
🧂 Salt
✨ Mathilde’s own well-loved sourdough culture

No unnecessary additives. Just simple, honest ingredients, time, and craftsmanship.

One of the reasons we love stocking Joy Beans Coffee at Soltree is because they’re doing things differently. Their organic, Fairtrade coffee is independently lab tested every 6 months, with a focus on delivering a clean, high-quality coffee experience — including testing for mycotoxins (compounds that can develop from mould during poor storage or handling).

For many of our customers looking for products they can’t easily find elsewhere in Yeppoon, this mycotoxin-tested coffee has been a real favourite.

Great flavour, ethical sourcing, and a little extra reassurance in every cup.
