🥩 Something pretty exciting is happening at Trinity Place…

After more than three years developing our Wagyu breeding program, we’ve just taken another big step in the journey - processing our first Trinity Place Wagyu beef right here on the property with a mobile butcher.

And this is the result. 👇

The marbling coming through in this beef is exactly what we’ve been working towards, and seeing the carcass hanging in the cool room for the first time was a pretty special moment.

Bred here. Raised here. Now processed here.

This is just the beginning for our Trinity Place Wagyu program — and we’ll be sharing plenty more from around the property over the coming weeks.

Stay tuned. 🐂🌿🥩

Wagyu Wednesday!

This is Tobi. A Gooroombat Mr Marble son out of a lovely Adelaide Park Wagyu cow.

He's given us some cracking calves from F1 through to fullblood wagyu.

He comes up for his scratch most days and is just a gentleman to have around!
