After much reflection, Pappadeli won’t be venturing out again.
What we created was always about simple things done well — handmade pasta, honest ingredients, long conversations, and food made with heart.
While this chapter closes for us, the soul of Pappadeli is still very much alive. If the idea of continuing this story — kneading, cooking, sharing — speaks to the right person, I’d welcome a quiet conversation.
