R.Paulazzo Reserve Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 scores 93 points from Mike Bennie in WBM. “Bold, yet balanced. Blackcurrant and mulberry scents mingle with cedar and to***co leaf. In the mouth, full of cassis, more mulberry and dark plum a shimmy of dried herbs and graphite. Firm yet polished tannins shape the wine, adding gravitas and grumble. Savoury undertones balance the fruit, equaling a composed, classic expression of Cabernet.”
