A little proud moment ❤️🔥

These beautiful girls. I honestly couldn’t be prouder of them. Not just for how hard they’ve worked this week at Dowerin Machinery Field Days, and believe me, they have worked their butts off, but for the way they represent Mrs'Sippy and everything I've wanted our little slice of BBQ to stand for.

They care about what's shared at the counter, you on the other side, and what goes on your plate. They show a love and respect for what we’ve built, for every person who's come along for a taste of what we share, a little old fashioned BBQ, and a whole lot of Southern hospitality 🔥🥰

That means more to me than you may ever realise Miss Mia, Zana, and Bonnie 👭🫶👭

A massive thank you too to the Dowerin Community Club for helping us feel right at home, and especially for the invitation to share in dinners across each day 🍻

To be able to bring our barbecue, and flavours, to the evenings, feed people, low, and "slow" 😊 have a laugh 😉 and be part of such a successful few days has been pretty bloody special.

But these girls… ❤️

Long days, sore feet, plenty of pressure, plenty of laughs, and they just kept going.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team beside me.

This is what Mrs’Sippy is about.
Good food. Good people. Hard work. And community.

Thank you, girls. I’m bloody proud of you 😇

Brisket and Pulled Pork Loaded Fries will be on the menu, served the Mrs'Sippy way, full of creamy, smoky, saucy flavour; and according to more than a few... some of the best loaded fries around. 👀🔥😊

It's been a mixed, and busy, week as we officially mark our one week out... We couldn't be more excited though to have been invited to share some of your favourites at next weeks Dowerin Machinery Field Days! 🤠🔥

And we get to work in the beautiful kitchen at the Dowerin Community Club, serving up Mrs’Sippy BBQ's signatures, first and foremost our brisket burger, with a side of the best, so we've heard 😊 seasoned chips in the Wheatbelt 🤗

Well, that's a wrap, the red doors have closed on Mrs'Sippy in Bakers Hill for the last time 😢

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that has visited and shared a meal with us over the years, and past few weeks 🙏 with your encouragement the passion to continue sharing my love for BBQ has only grown stronger 🔥

So, this is not a good-bye, but we'll definitely see you later 👊
