I haven’t posted any updates for a few months now (time is marching along at a rapid pace)!
My life has been so crazy busy, I haven’t had the time to do what I love and do best which is creating healthy and delicious allergy free food.
I had time this morning to make a batch of GF, sugar free and mostly organic granola.

Soul Food.
Fried cauliflower and brussel sprouts on a bed of tahini, garlic, lemon and greek yoghurt sauce. Topped with a Lebanese style gremolata.
