👉 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and analysis of P&L, flash reports, and income statements
• Monitoring costs and analyzing variances vs. budget and forecasts
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analysis of profit and cost centers, customers, and products
• Profitability analyses and financial simulations
• Preparation of ad hoc reports in accordance with company needs
• Collaboration with accounting and other teams
• Participation in audits
👉 Education & Experience:
• Degree in Economics (Bachelor or Master)
• Up to 3 years of experience in Finance Controlling
• Understanding of financial fundamentals and reporting
• ERP knowledge is desirable
👉 Knowledge & Skills:
• Understanding financial planning, budgeting, controlling principles, business processes and cost management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
