Our product line fits

extended market, wholesaling locally and exporting in the Eastern Caribbean to restaurants, caterers, coffee shops and wedding planners as well as retailing to individual customers for parties and special occasions. Our culinary perspective is a classic European Bakery and Patisserie with West Indian and Caribbean flair and flavours.
