Bryan's Bakery is a wholesale and retail establishment for delicious bread (white and wholewheat saltbread and sandwich bread and also light sweet bread and turnovers), pastries( jampuffs, horseshoes, meatrolls, currant and coconut slices, patties) cakes (rainbow, fruit, plain, chocolate, chocolate swirl and great cake) along with sweet doughs (sweet bread, coconut cakes, lead pipes, rockcakes, muffins and scones). All of our bread is made by the business on site.
