The production system is broken down into two aspects and is managed by Mr. Wendell Clarke who is the managing director and he is ably supported by a wonderful and courteous staff. At present, Star chick Ltd processes chicken year round, with the finished product being sold to, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, fast food operations, and to the general public. The company has a depot located on the premises, which caters to members of the general population with the desire to purchase chicken in small quantities
