The Glenrothes ‘Wh**ky Maker’s Cut’ Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky

A rich non-age-statement, matured only in first fill sherry seasoned oak casks, bottled at natural colour at a strength selected by our Master Wh**ky Maker. Creamy vanilla, orange peel and nutmeg character. Resinous, candied peel and fresh oak notes. Rich, spicy, taste with creamy vanilla and orange peel. Long, fruity finish with orange peel notes with a hint of nutmeg.
The Glenrothes has been producing Speyside Single Malts since 1879. The Glenrothes’s distillery is in Rothes in the heart of Speyside which is acknowledged by connoisseurs as the source of Scotland’s finest single malts; indeed, it has the highest density of distilleries of any region. This is due to the unusually clement climate experienced in this area and the ample supply of soft water provided by the river Spey.

With a smooth and creamy sweetness, sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla, this crisp 12 year old finishes with a satisfying tingle of cloves.

Nose: Fresh hays of summer, malty cereal, rich creamy toffee and honeyed heather, balanced with sweet oak and barley sugar.

Palate: Smooth creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla.

Finish: Crisp and satisfying with a tingle of cloves which linger, then gently fade.

The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, a perfectly balanced single malt wh**ky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a wh**ky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Two oaks, creating the perfect harmony within one exceptional single malt wh**ky. Our Double Cask whiskies are aged in two types of oak, in specially selected hand-crafted casks seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch. European oak delivers the unmistakable subtle spice of The Macallan. Once matured, two exceptional whiskies unite to create a distinctive single malt with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Enjoy it neat, over ice or in a serve.

AUCHENTOSHAN Three Wood Rich And Elegant. A Lowland single malt matured in 3 different casks, namely: Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. A distinctive triple distilled wh**ky from Auchentoshan.
Rich golden bronze in colour. Blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin on the nose. Fruit and syrup on the palate. Followed by hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon. A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity. Fresh and fruity, with long lasting oaky sweet finish. This unique Auchentoshan Lowland Single Malt Wh**ky has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry – and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks – Three Wood is a rich, complex wh**ky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours.
