ATR started in May, 2014, with only one desire in mind, that is to deliver clean, nutritious and halal chicken. With that simple and powerful belief, ATR Group was founded and ATR is first to introduce world class fully automated largest poultry processing plant in Bangladesh. ATR is now operating 3,00,000 egg/month capacity hatchery, 36,000 bird/month broiler farm and 9,00,000 kg chicken meat/mon
th production capacity processing plant. We looked at the whole process from farm to grocery store and decided to do something different. To ensure ATR standard we decided to engage in what is called “vertical Integration”, a practice of owning every step of the process. For ATR, this meant not only controlling and raising and feed the chicken, but also building our own abbatoir, packing our own chicken and shipping our own product to retail store. While this wasn’t an easy thing to do, and not typical in Bangladesh poultry industry, It was the right thing to do. In our view, it was the only way we could guarantee a
ATR Standard quality product and a better option to our consumers. We believe that, every bite of food you take is a vote. A vote over what’s right over whats’s wrong.
