🛡️ Safety Week 2026 at Arla Bangladesh!
Every year, we dedicate a full week to one of our most important values and this year was no different. Once again, we came together to ask ourselves — are we truly keeping each other safe?
From April 22 to 28, our team came together for a full week of safety activities. We covered everything from fire safety training and ergonomics awareness to hands-on sessions on Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), which is a practice that ensures equipment is properly shut down before anyone works on it, as well as PTW (Permit to Work), which makes sure all safety precautions are in place before starting any task.
We also tested our knowledge through safety quizzes, proudly introduced our new Safety Champions and officially launched our Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Card, a simple but powerful tool designed to help all of us build safer habits every single day.
And what a way to close the week! We wrapped up Safety Week 2026 with a closing ceremony where outstanding colleagues were recognized and awarded for their dedication and commitment to safety. Because people who champion safety truly deserve to be celebrated!
At the end of the day, safety isn't just a policy. It is how we look out for one another. We are so proud of every colleague who showed up, engaged and made this week meaningful.
Let's carry this spirit beyond the week, because safety never stops.
